The development of artificial intelligence, along with other exponential technologies, is on track to replace many positions that involve repetitive tasks and basic cognitive abilities. Exponential Thinking
to Build a Future
of Abundance

Immersion program: technology, ideas, and networking. 3 days working in small groups of leaders, exploring cutting-edge technologies with top speakers. Two previous editions have already taken place in Cariló and Tandil, and were a success.

 

We aim for participants to orient their mindset towards analyzing the future of the company. To start asking new questions and acquire a new way of thinking.

 

It is an immersive program to understand and experience how the latest trends in science and exponential technology and their convergence are changing the way we see the world and how this can impact the company today.

 

We want it to be the first step in turning the organization’s leaders into exponential leaders who seek continuous improvement with a focus on customer experience and new perspectives to design an exponential future.

 

Ideal Modality: 3 days / 2 nights in a hotel, with conferences, workshops, experiences, and a laboratory to experience technologies firsthand.

We carry out different types of transformative experiences to explore our creativity and new technologies.

We conduct workshops in various countries in Latam where we use specific methodologies to work on knowledge, such as: Points of you, Group Trend Analysis of behavior, PDA Assessment, and Job Compatibility/Competencies.

 

We conduct workshops and conferences in person and/or online, always participatory, on specific topics as identified in the diagnosis stage.

 

Some of these activities include:

Prospective Workshop and Future Scenario Design; Introduction to Exponential Thinking; Creativity; Neuroleadership; Speaker Identity and Personal Brand; Self-awareness; Effective Communication; Intrapreneurship; among others.

A learning process based on the mentor’s experience where we work from personal pains by setting measurable and short-term objectives.

 

MENTORING PROCESSES

 

With leadership roles to set goals, monitor progress, and ensure that concrete actions are taken. Mentoring is a powerful tool for leader development, as it provides a space for reflection, learning, and personal and professional growth.

 

The importance of mentoring also lies in its ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete actions. Through conversations and practical examples, the mentor can help the leader apply theoretical knowledge to real situations in their work environment. This facilitates the connection between theory and practice, allowing the leader to implement effective strategies and make informed decisions.

The end of the world is not coming, but the end of this world is. Exponential technologies compel us to change our mental paradigms, and in that sense, it is essential to be able to reinvent oneself.
